Holy Land Investment Fund
The Holy Land Investment Fund (“HLIF”) is a balanced fund that focuses on Israeli equities and bonds. The HLIF carries a lower risk profile than equity-only funds and yet has strong potential for excellent return on investment. The equity investments focus primarily on large public companies in the oil and gas, technology, medical equipment and financial services sectors of the Israeli economy.
The HLIF is both RRSP and RRIF eligible and is available to Accredited investors in ON, AB, BC.
Columbia Street Capital Fund LP
The primary objective of the Partnership is to provide investors with consistent absolute returns throughout various market conditions by focusing on volatility as an asset class. The Partnership will use long, short and spread strategies in highly liquid, exchange-traded instruments.

Secure Capital MIC Inc is a Mortgage Investment Corporation. The founders of Secure Capital MIC Inc. and management team have a combined 50 years of experience in sourcing and managing their own mortgage investments, as well as for a select handful of investors. After great success with managing these private funds, Secure Capital MIC Inc. was established in 2007 to offer this to the public. Secure pays a monthly distribution with an 8% annual yield.
Secure Capital MIC preferred shares are available to Eligible and Accredited investors in ON.
FCGC INCOME STABILIZER BOND INC
The company is an asset based lender. FCGC primarily invests in debt backed by grants. The bond matures in November 2019 and pays simple annual interest of 9% on a quarterly basis.
FCGC bonds are available to Accredited investors in ON.

Who qualifies as an accredited investor?
- An individual who, alone or together with a spouse, owns financial assets worth more than $1 million before taxes but net of related liabilities or
An individual, who alone or together with a spouse, has net assets of at least $5,000,000.
- An individual whose net income before taxes exceeded $200,000 in both of the last two years and who expects to maintain at least the same level of income this year;
An individual whose net income before taxes, combined with that of a spouse, exceeded $300,000 in both of the last two years and who expects to maintain at least the same level of income this year
- An individual who currently is, or once was, a registered adviser or dealer, other than a limited market dealer
- Financial institutions
- Governments and governmental agencies
- Insurance companies
- Pension funds
- Registered charities
- Certain mutual funds, pooled funds and managed accounts
- Companies with net assets of at least $5 million
